Matt was incredible with his communication, knowledge, and eagerness to get me back on the road. Between the customer service, the super quick turnaround time, and the excellent repair - this dealership was honestly worth the 2hr drive to pick up my car. I absolutely would recommend.

I drove three hours to Betten Hyundai in Muskegon to purchase my vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From beginning to end, Chip was absolutely wonderful to work with. Because I was traveling such a long distance and needed to get back home in time to pick up my children from school, I was especially appreciative of how well Chip prepared everything ahead of time. He had all of my documents ready in the finance department when I arrived, which made the purchasing process incredibly smooth and efficient. Chip was also extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions over the phone whenever I called and made sure I understood everything before making the trip to Muskegon. There were no surprises when I arrived. I have had the best experience at this dealership with Rob. He was amazing from the minute I talked to him on the phone and through the whole process when I met him. We got the best deal on a car. He introduced me to his twin brother named Rob. And the two Rob twins did a fantastic job. One sold me the car and the other one did the financing. Before we got there, we went to a couple of dealerships to look at other cars in town, but we were not impressed especially one that did a bait and switch up to the minute that we got there. He said the car was not available and tried to sell us really old cars. So when we got to Betten Chevrolet to meet the twins named Rob x 2 they were fantastic. I recommend this dealership to everybody because we really got the best service and a great customer service. And check out the twins named Rob!! They are amazing!!!

Found a couple of things that needed attention when buying my 2019 HD , they took care of any concerns I had seemed happy to get it in while I waited. I won’t hesitate to come back when it’s time to update the wife’s car ! Great salesman in Chad , never was introduced to anyone that didn’t seem like an old friend .

Brought in our Traverse for inspection on a drive clunk issue. The issue was found finally (took longer than other dealer) that matched my suspicions but Martin, our advisor, was not good about answering or returning calls on the status of the vehicle after I left several messages. We have had great service in the past and was a little surprised with the communication this time. Getting the same service advisor each visit is hard if there is one that provides good service.
