Only had bad bad experiences with this company. More on your service department. Only company that doesn't do diagnostic on there car's. As a technician my self, this company should be ashamed on there technician. Took it to a different company just to get diagnostic and bring it back to tell them what was wrong with mine truck. Because they wanted to charge me 550 dollars to just get me out the door and not fix the issue. I really hope you read this and makes you change and actually do some diagnostic on your client car.
Described service engine situation and scheduled other routine services. The vehicle was ready by mid-afternoon. Martin arranged for a driver to get me to my destination and return to the dealership. Car was washed and paperwork ready when I come for pickup. All well handled and no waiting.

The dealership did a very good job fixing our vehicle. They were able to get the vehicle into the shop and repaired within a two week period.
It took too long for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited almost 2 hours and I had an appointment.

Very happy with Betten Baker, but I was blown away by Frankie. Go see him and buy a car! He is the most accommodating, get ‘er done kind of car salesperson that I have ever met. He is not a slick talker who pressures people; he truly wants to help you and is an honest and friendly guy. His customer service was next level! He was running and pulling up cars for us to test drive, one after the other. He would even turn the seat heaters on.
