I stopped by the dealership with a right front brake sensor problem, they got me right in and checked it out, they had a letter on the problem and reprogrammed the brake monitoring system. Was under warranty, was out within an hour.

Betten Cadillac completed all required services in about 2 hrs. Very expensive, e.g., $491 for fluid to flush transmission (plus labor), $490 for new front and rear differential fluid (plus labor).
I had an appointment at 10:30 am Monday. No update until 2:30pm. Had to call multiple times for an update. Not fixed until Wednesday.

Gm assembled my 2011 silverado on a rusty frame and it was faulty from the Factory.i paid over 42 k for the truck and have taken very good care of the vehickle . iGm and the dealership never made the situation right with me! I worked over 30 year making OEM parts and Patterns and produced top quality workmanship & i feel let down Big Time !!! I dont believe I could ever purchase another New GM vehickle with a clear conscience!

Martin was a horrible communicator. He left for the day without updating me or staff on my car. I had to ask several questions to get basic answers.
Took care of the issue on my Corvette from the last repair. And they kept me informed as to how that issue was being taken care of and its progress.
Mechanic failed to test drive and prove repair complete and experienced exact problem. I took my truck to the dealership for and needing a transmission after I picked it up

Took my car in for insurance repair. Was told at drop off it would only take a few hours. I called to see when I could pickup my car and they said it would be 3-4 days. Ended up being a week. The paint color is slightly off and they missed a dent on the panel they repaired.

They cleaned the car inside and out. Actual cost came in lower than estimate. They don't charge a service fee for credit card transactions.
